Commercial Account Manager - Western Austria

Hitachi Vantara

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Account Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Western Austria. As a trusted advisor, you will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, articulating Hitachi Vantara's industry-leading technology solutions. Your expertise in software and enterprise solution-selling will drive new business growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
  • Articulate Hitachi Vantara's technology solutions and identify new project opportunities
  • Develop tailored customer value propositions and work closely with vendors and infrastructure colleagues
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reports and customer profiles
  • Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software and enterprise solution-selling with a major vendor, distributor, or system integrator
  • Strong understanding of the IT data solutions market, particularly storage and infrastructure
  • A track record of sales achievements in high-value orders within the new business or account management environment
  • Self-motivated and independent, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
