About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Account Manager to join our EMEA team at Sungrow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and building up new and existing key accounts in the German PV and ESS market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our existing key accounts and develop strategic accounts in the German PV and ESS market
  • Act as the account owner – handle and negotiate contracts, internal point of contact for your portfolio of clients support
  • Work with various stakeholders and train them on how to present our solutions
  • Visit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferences
  • Work on precise forecasts and market updates
  • Analyse customer needs, market trends in the energy market and optimizing the sales process
  • Contribution to the sales team and cooperation with project development on the successful implementation of projects
Your Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven experience as account manager, preferably in the PV and/or ESS sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and ESS market in the EU
  • Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
  • Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to details
  • Effective communication and strong organization skill
  • Fluency in German and English (both C1) - verbal and written

The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000-€80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a rough estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
