As a Client Director at Nexthink, you will be responsible for driving renewals and upsells with our largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management, leading virtual teams in supporting our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to clients, working closely with the greater Nexthink solution teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage all executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee worldwide account development, deploying global resources to drive growth and expansion.
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships across client organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
- Achieve financial targets for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in fast-paced markets.
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent, with validated sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.
- Driven, disciplined, and intelligent, with a strong desire to succeed, sound time management skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
