Sales Development Representative m/w/d - Enterprise Kunden
Nach dem du deine Karriere als Account Executive bei ATOSS begonnen hast, wirst du in der Rolle des Sales Development Representative deine ersten Erfahrungen sammeln
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du kontaktierst potentielle Kunden via Telefon und erfragst, inwieweit diese Firmen von der Einführung unserer Software-Lösung profitieren würden.
- Nach Durchlaufen des Onboardings kontaktierst du selbständig potentielle Kunden mit mindestens 500 Mitarbeitern und verfolgst dein Ziel, eine definierte Anzahl von qualifizierten Calls und vereinbarten Terminen zu erreichen.
- Sobald du deine Ziele in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Quartalen erreicht hast, wirst du zum Associate Account Executive befördert und übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle.
- Während des 1. Jahres nimmst du an mindestens 25 Kundenmeetings teil, um dich auf die Rolle des Account Executives vorzubereiten und dein Fachwissen zu vertiefen.
- Reisetätigkeit von 10%-20%.
Deine Fähigkeiten:
- Erste B2B-Verkaufserfahrung und Erfahrung mit (Kalt)Akquise.
- Erfolgreicher Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit – in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, "hunting mentality" und Spaß an der Challenge.
