Enterprise Sales Development Ambassador

We are seeking a driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an Enterprise Sales Development Ambassador, you will engage with Enterprise clients across the DACH region to drive the adoption of our market-leading products. You will partner with Account Executives to build and implement an effective sales pipeline strategy.
This is a hybrid role requiring prior experience in Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment. You must be able to think strategically and adapt your sales approach to various prospects. The role involves driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations. You will also qualify inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars, and gather sales intelligence around customer situations, needs, issues, and decision processes.
You will ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce. To succeed in this role, you should have experience of Salesforce, although it's not essential. Collaboration across the sales process has been key to Dynatrace's significant recent growth, as an Enterprise Sales Development Ambassador, you will have the support of our Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams.
The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
