Enterprise Sales Growth Representative

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Growth Representative to partner with our Account Executives across EMEA to drive sales pipeline growth and adoption of market-leading products.
This role is ideal for a driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisitions through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations
- Build sales pipeline through qualifying inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars
- Gather sales intelligence around customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
Requirements:
- Native-level German skills required
- Prior experience in Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
- Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
- Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential
