Our technology center is situated in Kalsdorf, Austria, conveniently located near Graz.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the program/project team, serving as the primary liaison to the Steering Committee and external clients.
- Oversee the execution of the assigned project scope, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and overall project goals, including timelines, quality standards, technological requirements, cost management, production schedules, and weight specifications.
- Coordinate the proposal process, focusing on the integration of technical details and financial considerations.
- Provide coaching and motivation to the project team, offering clear guidance and direction.
- Identify and initiate necessary training programs or project-specific educational opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical education with a solid theoretical foundation.
- Extensive professional experience in a similar role, including leadership in program development and product management.
- Desirable certifications include PMP, Prince2, PgMP, IPMA, among others.
- Strong analytical and precise thinking abilities.
- Comprehension of complex technical relationships and their interdependencies.
- Collaborative and organized approach to project work, with opportunities for cooperation across various international teams.
- Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German for both verbal and written communication (minimum B2 level); knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including potential trips to Asia.
- Understanding of commercial principles and cost awareness for financial reporting and program control.
