We are seeking a highly qualified and scientifically excellent person to fill a tenure-track assistant professorship in the area of mobility and production at Technische Universität Graz.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in the field of mobility and production, focusing on novel mobility systems, vehicle technologies, and propulsion systems.
  • Develop more economical and time-saving manufacturing processes that allow innovative design changes and utilize the advantages of new materials.
  • Teach courses in electrical and information engineering, including measurement of traffic-related emissions, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and second-life determination of drive-train components and systems.
  • Supervise theses and promote young scientists.
Requirements
  • PhD-level university education in disciplines relevant for the position.
  • Outstanding achievements in research, excellent publication record, and international reputation.
  • International experience in the form of a PhD or Post-Doc.
  • Experience in designing and implementing international research projects and willingness to establish and lead a research group.
  • Enthusiasm for excellent teaching and ability to teach in all curricular stages (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate).
