Job Title: Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst

Magna IT Austria - Graz is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Vendor Management department, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the Vendor Management procurement lifecycle process, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and global partners.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues, driving continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests to optimize vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management, with a strong track record of building and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
  • Perform Supplier Management and Governance specifically in IT Professional Services, ensuring alignment with Magna's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT Vendor Management, Procurement, or Professional Services, with a strong background in contract governance and supplier transformation.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science, with a focus on analytical skills and problem-solving.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Business English ability (written and verbal) is required, with German language skills (written and verbal) being an asset.
