Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst

Magna is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, IT Vendor Management to join our global team. As a key member of our Vendor Management department, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the Vendor Management procurement lifecycle process, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and global partners.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues, driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests to ensure effective contract management.
- Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management, with a strong focus on IT Professional Services.
- 5-7 years of work experience in IT Vendor Management, Procurement, or Professional Services.
- A bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance.
- Supply Chain Degree or Certification is an asset.
