Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst

About the Role

Magna is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our Vendor Management department, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT Professional Services transformation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate the procurement lifecycle process, monitor and manage vendor performance, and conduct regular reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues.
  • Contract Governance: Negotiate and manage various regional and global IT contracts, and represent Magna IT's Vendor Management team in the region when working with internal customers and global partners.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management, and apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of work experience in IT Vendor Management, Procurement, or Professional Services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance.
  • Skills: Proven negotiation skills, effective problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and business English ability (written & verbal).
