Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our R&D team in Vienna. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and refining testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for our products, including unit and acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing strategies and ensure seamless integration.
- Continuously improve our delivery process by promoting a DevOps culture and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Manage resources and distribute workload across various teams to meet key testing benchmarks and adhere to project timelines.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Playwright, Storybook, JUnit, Contract testing, and TestComplete.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with Kubernetes and either Azure or AWS cloud is beneficial.
- Strong team player with a passion for software and a hands-on attitude.
