Quality Assurance Specialist

At WienIT GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our IT support processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze IT support processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance procedures and processes
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Lehre, Matura) oder Studium vorzugsweise im IT-, technischen bzw. wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder relevante Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Customer Care bzw. IT-Supportbereich
- Hohes Prozessverständnis vorzugsweise nach ITIL
- Kenntnisse mit Trouble Ticket Systemen wie beispielsweise Remedy, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher KundInnen- & Lösungsorientierung
- Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.077,00 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
