Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing non-compliant materials, processing data, coordinating logistics, monitoring repairs, and managing inventory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-compliant materials: Ensure that all non-compliant materials are identified and handled according to quality control standards
- Data Processing: Use internal systems to accurately report and resolve defects
- Logistics Coordination: Execute block posting, initiate replacement deliveries, and create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacements
- Monitor Repairs: Oversee repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures
- Inventory Management: Monitor blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German language proficiency is mandatory, English being a significant advantage
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Team player with a knack for finding quick solutions, reliable, and proactive
- Technical understanding, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of general quality standards
