Die Rolle des Business Insights Managers

Als Business Insights Manager wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Organisation, Recherche und Bereitstellung umfassender Marktanalysen spielen. Deine Arbeit wird die strategische Entscheidungsfindung in unserem Unternehmen maßgeblich unterstützen. Du wirst umfassende Marktanalysen durchführen, um aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen zu identifizieren, und dabei verschiedene Quellen und Methoden nutzen, um tiefgehende Einblicke in das Verbraucherverhalten und gesellschaftliche Veränderungen zu gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben
  1. Umfassende Marktanalysen durchführen, um aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen zu identifizieren.
  2. Interne Leistungsdaten analysieren und dabei moderne Analysetools und -techniken nutzen.
  3. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung ansprechender und informativer Präsentationen für das Management.
  4. Aufbau eines standardisierten Markt- und Wettbewerbsmonitorings.
  5. Datenpflege und laufende Prozessanalyse sowie Workflow-Optimierung.
Qualifikationen

Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch zur klaren Vermittlung komplexer Daten und Analysen.

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abfrage und Interpretation von Marktforschungsdaten.

Versierter Umgang mit Datenbanken, SQL und Excel zur Datenabfrage und -manipulation.

Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierungssoftware zur Erstellung verständlicher und ansprechender Berichte.

Zusätzliche Informationen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.229 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
