About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our internal controls and processes remain effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of process mining and data analytics
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or S/4 HANA modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD)
  • Several years of relevant working experience in an audit firm or in IA, R&C departments of multinational organizations
