About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit and Risk Management Professional to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing assurance on the effectiveness of our internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting
  • Provide assurance on the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure our internal controls and risk management processes remain effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of process mining and data analytics
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or S/4 HANA modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD)
  • Several years of relevant working experience in an audit firm or in IA, R&C departments of multinational organizations
