Job Description

As an IT Risk Manager at Raiffeisenbankengruppe, you will play a crucial role in driving the management of IT risks across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services and provide guidance on the definition of corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risk levels of internal and third-party IT services
  • Support IT with knowledge and experience in defining corrective measures
  • Report IT risks to top management and regulators
  • Provide guidance on IT controls design, implementation, and testing
  • Validate the effectiveness of IT controls
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls
  • Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and governance units
  • Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit
  • Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL etc.)
  • Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
  • Excellent command of English
