Job Summary

Magna IT Austria - Vienna is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level support for IT-related issues and requests
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the maintenance and operation of our network and server infrastructure
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in projects and sub-projects to improve our IT systems and processes
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training or experience
  • Several years of professional experience as IT Support staff or IT System Administrator
  • Very good knowledge in 1st & 2nd level support (hardware & software)
  • Very good knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge in the area of network administration as well as Windows servers
  • Agile, independent way of thinking and working
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Strong user and service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Our annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 38,000, with corresponding qualification.
