Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Magna IT Austria - Vienna. As an Analyst, User Experience, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal customers with all IT matters and resolving incidents and requests from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incidents and requests in 1st- and 2nd-level support (Matrix42)
  • Provide support in software and hardware areas, as well as support for Windows10, O365, smartphones, notebooks, Linux workstations, etc.
  • Analyze, classify, and process incoming requests
  • Collaborate in the support and operation of the network & server infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Solve complex malfunctions and requirements independently in the responsible department
  • Provide remote support and assume tasks in projects/sub-projects
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training/experience
  • Several years of professional experience as IT Support staff/IT System Administrator
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge in 1st & 2nd level support (hardware & software)
  • Excellent knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge in network administration as well as Windows servers
  • Agile, independent way of thinking and working
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Strong user and service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 38,000 with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits (e.g. discretionary performance bonus, employee profit participation program, etc.) and a salary which is in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience.

Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
