IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at ICBC Austria Bank GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our internal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and support to internal staff, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware and software lifecycle management, inventory management, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and stability of systems and devices.
- Handle technical incidents, prioritizing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain network and information security, ensuring that devices and network systems are protected.
- Support the implementation of IT projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and external support teams to ensure timely maintenance of IT assets.
- Assist with business continuity planning.
- Install and conduct testing of systems to ensure normal operation.
- Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin and German being an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles, with experience in banking or financial services being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and common office hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to different environments.
- Basic IT project management experience is an advantage.
- Certification as an IT Technical professional is an advantage.
