We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team and contribute to our exciting journey.

Your Mission

As our IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide general technical support for our computer users
  • Set up hardware and software applications as needed for new and existing users
  • Assist in maintaining our IT framework
  • Install and maintain various peripherals, as well as install relevant updates and patches
  • Manage the IT asset inventory, IT processes, and other ongoing tasks
  • Support the IT Administrator in administration tasks
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Education or training in IT administration
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Regular access to our Vienna office
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Passion for IT and interest in IT Security
  • Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge in IT/IT Security
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
