Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with the remote support team and other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a field service capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Ability to lift and carry computer equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
