Senior Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will be responsible for conducting process and compliance audits across our CEE countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate processes in terms of legality, efficiency, risks, and controls
  • Test processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to internal and external requirements
  • Document and communicate audit results to process owners and management
  • Develop recommendations to improve controls, procedures, and business practices
  • Monitor the implementation of audit findings

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar field
  • Professional experience in internal auditing, with a proven ability to conduct audits independently
  • Self-motivation, proactive work style, and the ability to collaborate in an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak
  • Strong MS Office skills (Office 365, especially Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel within CEE countries (potentially once a month)
  • Driver's license

We offer a gross annual salary of €65,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer higher compensation.
