Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Operations Team in operational and organizational matters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation independently.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for executives and the management team.
  • Create and optimize administrative processes for the newly established Global Operations division.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners at an international level.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information within the Global Operations Team region.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
  • First work experience in a comparable assistant position, ideally on an international level, is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; other languages are an advantage.
  • Experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a team, discretion, and a high degree of initiative.
