Als Teil des Global Clinical Operations Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kostenberechnung, Controlling, Budgetverwaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und das Reporting der klinischen Studien auf lokaler und globaler Ebene.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten
  • Kostenberechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit klinischen Studienteams
  • Controlling zur Sicherstellung des Studienbudgets
  • Zahlungsverarbeitung an Organisationen und Prüfungszentren der klinischen Forschung
  • Überprüfung von abgeschlossenen Verträgen
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring der Kostenentwicklung
  • Berechnungen der Rückstellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholder:innen
Anforderungen
  • Kfm. Ausbildung (BWL etc.) oder gleichwertige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finance/Controlling/Accounting
  • Idealerweise im Pharma/Clinical Operations Umfeld (CROs etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office 365 und SAP-FI von Vorteil
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, proaktiver und strukturierter Arbeitsstil, sorgfältiges, organisatorisches und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz bei einer Vielzahl an diversen Stakeholder:innen
