In the Service Projects and Retrofit Team, you'll embark on a journey to transform the past and shape the future. Our intralogistics systems are in need of innovative solutions, upgrades, and modifications.
- You'll collaborate with our team to extend the life cycle of our systems, making our proven technology fit for tomorrow.
- You'll support the Software Planning and Software Development departments, working closely with them to leverage your expertise and creativity.
- After a thorough analysis of existing software concepts, you'll prepare projects and bring software to life in a test environment.
- You'll install, configure, and test software packages at our customers' global locations.
- You'll focus on analyzing, optimizing, and recording developed measures, as well as training customer technicians on site to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- You'll support and accompany our customers in their growth, seizing opportunities to enhance your expertise.
Requirements
- You've completed an IT education.
- You have knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, or Java) and relational databases (SQL or Oracle), as well as Linux.
- Knowledge of hardware and networks completes your profile.
- You're comfortable working in an international, dynamic team and enjoy traveling (approximately 50%).
- You speak German and/or English fluently.
- You're able to complete tasks reliably, meeting work quality and deadlines even under pressure.
- You excel at recognizing potential for improvement and enjoy driving creative and dynamic processes and solutions.
Opportunities
You'll have the chance to pioneer and help develop a rapidly growing and dynamic department within a worldwide leading group of companies. You'll have plenty of freedom and be trusted with many responsibilities. A minimum salary of EUR 2,875 gross per month applies for this position. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary in line with industry standards. Additionally, depending on the amount of travel, you'll receive a monthly compensation for expenses of up to EUR 1,000 net, as well as allowances of up to EUR 1,000 gross.
