">As a Corporate Governance Lawyer, you will serve as a key consultant to the board of directors and management team, providing legal support for branches and drafting terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's corporate governance framework is appropriately designed and maintained, advising on regulatory requirements, and preparing board meetings and documentation.
">You will provide legal support to all departments, develop practical and legally compliant solutions, and process internal regulations and processes. Additionally, you will draft loan agreements, handle labour law issues in the HR department, and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need a completed Austrian degree in law, at least three years of banking experience or equivalent relevant professional experience, and a strong interest in up-to-date technologies. You must have very good German and written and spoken English skills, a sense of responsibility and initiative, high commitment and resilience, and an objective and structured way of working.
