Salary: €42,690 per year (minimum monthly salary of €3,557)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Market Cluster Support Center team. As a key member of our controlling organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that processes, policies, and standards are aligned with our operating unit's needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transparent and timely reporting structures in the countries within your scope of responsibility
  • Match given tasks from our Controlling community with country-specific systems and resources
  • Ensure transparent management reporting in your countries to support decision-making
  • Take an active role in supporting the implementation of IT systems (SAP) in the respective countries
  • Participate in/lead multilateral projects in the Market Cluster Greater Europe
  • Develop query and database solutions to achieve transparency

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of financial management and controlling principles
  • Ability to manage project/virtual teams and work transparently with local and regional management
  • Quick learner of corporate products and services
  • Deep understanding of controlling standards
  • Good relationship management skills, including ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Interpersonal, negotiating, and presenting skills
  • Very good English language skills required; proficiency in one or more Eastern European languages and German beneficial
