About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Strategist to lead our finance team at Arbio Group GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance across our global entities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans that align with our company's strategic objectives, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of accounting and finance functions across our global businesses, maintaining compliance for all entities and managing liquidity effectively.
  • Tax Advisory and Compliance: Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure efficient handling of external accounting, meeting local tax requirements without complications.
  • Audit and Financial Reporting: Manage external audits, preparing annual statutory financial statements, directly impacting the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Develop and lead a team of 3 full-time employees and 2 working students, fostering growth, maintaining high performance, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Strategic Insights and Recommendations: Provide key financial insights to the CFO, influencing strategic decisions and supporting further requests and projects as needed.
