Job Summary
As a Financial Solutions Advisor at Bank of America, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. This position requires providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, including recommending brokerage products, triaging client requests, and mitigating risk.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients to build a financial plan that aligns with their short and long-term goals
• Recommend banking and investments strategies that cater to clients' needs and financial objectives
• Collaborate with internal service providers to meet clients' needs and make referrals based on asset thresholds
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele

Qualifications
• Currently hold Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
• Possess at least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services
• Have a background in sales, meeting or exceeding goals
• Set and accomplish goals, achieving whatever is set forth
• Build and maintain strong relationships, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently
• Be thorough and thoughtful in incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients

About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
