Expert Credit Strategist for Corporate Loans

We are seeking an Expert Credit Strategist to join our Group Special Exposure Management (SEM) team. In this role, you will work closely with our Country Manager to manage non-retail portfolios, providing recommendations for local applications, presenting to decision-makers, and collaborating with workout colleagues across network units.
Your Mission:- Support the SEM Country Manager in managing non-retail portfolios, including issuing recommendations for local applications, presenting to decision-makers, and collaborating with workout colleagues across network units
- Steer the development and management of higher-risk portfolios
- Fulfil workout targets and contribute to the governance and improvement of the SEM group function
- Gather and manage qualitative workout information driven by stakeholder requests, including those from management, regulators, and auditors
- Drive innovation in workout processes and structures through digital transformation initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in lending within banking, leasing, or financial advisory roles, specifically in loan workout, financial analysis, credit risk management, corporate business activities, or product management. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders. A team-oriented and collaborative mindset is essential, as well as proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Your Core Competencies:- Work experience in lending within banking, leasing, or financial advisory roles, specially in loan workout, financial analysis, credit risk management, corporate business activities, or product management

A competitive salary of €50,800 (gross p.a.) excluding overtime, as well as market-compliant overpayment based on experience and qualification, awaits the successful candidate.
