Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Controller to join our team in the German Market Cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial processes, policies, and standards are aligned with the controlling organization of the operating unit. This role involves driving transparent and timely reporting structures in the countries within the scope of responsibility, matching given tasks from the TK Elevator Controlling community with country-specific systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure processes, policies, and standards are aligned with the controlling organization of the operating unit.
  • Drive transparent and timely reporting structures in the countries within the scope of responsibility.
  • Match given tasks from the TK Elevator Controlling community with country-specific systems and resources.
  • Take an active role in supporting the implementation of IT systems (SAP) in the respective countries.
  • Participate in/lead multilateral projects in the Market Cluster Greater Europe.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Financial Management and Controlling.
  • Abschluss in Finanzen;
  • Ability to manage project/virtual teams & work transparently with local and regional management.
  • Deep understanding of controlling standards.
  • Very good English skills required. Proficiency in one or more Eastern European languages and in German are beneficial.
