We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Experience Designer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product UX end-to-end journeys for specific target audiences, analyzing and improving the experience around automatic and intelligent observability at scale.
- Be hands-on in visualizing, prototyping, testing, and measuring design solutions, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, qualitative and quantitative research.
- Plan and perform research on user and competitive landscapes, collect and analyze data, define pain points, prioritize their resolution, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate, partnering with product managers, product owners, experience leads, and design practitioners to maintain consistency across design approaches.
- Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize methodologies and values to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems.
- Demonstrated track record of working on Enterprise Software, with a strong understanding of UX design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to help stakeholders understand design proposals and complex design problems.
- Passion for building, prototyping, and evolving digital products throughout the product life cycle, with a focus on user testing and feedback.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in designing for the web as a canvas, with the ability to prototype dev-ready interactions and interfaces.
- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and practices, with a focus on creating usable and inclusive experiences.
