Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, contributing to our near-term and long-term product strategy, and owning the functional- and use case-based aspects of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Deeply understand new technologies and frameworks in the market, as well as the competitive landscape, to solve customer problems.
- Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap and contribute to our near-term and long-term product strategy.
- Own the functional- and use case-based aspects of the product roadmap, represent the end user's point of view, and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user's pain points.
- Actively and effectively manage existing technology product portfolio, including technology coverage, product enhancements, end-of-life, and maintenance.
- Work together with our agile R&D teams, architects, and design leads to deliver product capabilities that WOW customers and create value-add that sells and impacts product adoption in a measurable fashion.
- Partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging, define go-to-market strategies and tactics, and enable the sales team and post-sales.
- Balance the right investment for product/maintenance and innovation with the capability and solution leadership.
- Work with key stakeholders such as Observability and Security solutions to get their feedback to identify opportunities for additional customer and business value.
- Act as a companywide subject matter expert that drives knowledge not only into the organization but also to the customers.
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B environment, with prior success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Good technical understanding: developing experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, shared infrastructure, mass storage databases, and Web apps.
- Knowledge in privacy, scaling, and access control topics.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset to understand the business goals and needs and the ability to translate product strategy into business impact.
- Think big, but at the same time break things down into smaller components and build high-level roadmaps from that.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability, strong communication skills towards team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as a bias for action.
- Willingness to travel.
