Senior Product Manager

Join our team of innovators and thought leaders in the field of product management. As a Senior Product Manager at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, contributing to our near-term and long-term product strategy, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, product backlogs, and other product-related artifacts.
- Partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive pre-release activities to gather feedback from early adopter customers and sales teams.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, ideally enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
- Experience in bringing new features to market, including defining go-to-market strategies and tactics, and tracking success with Key Performance Indicators.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead via influence, patience, and determination.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with top-level executives, end users, and sales and engineering teams.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we're obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
