Job Title: Senior Product Manager

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our SRE initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy that aligns with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead the SRE roadmap and create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
  • Coordinate internal adoption of the Dynatrace product and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading an SRE team or product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment
  • Passionate about pushing the limits to operate a vast SaaS solution reliable and performant at scale

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
