About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with our company goals and customer needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop user flows and wireframes that deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Work backwards from end-user pain points to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs
  • Drive pre-release activities to gather feedback from early adopter customers and sales teams
  • Partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, including enterprise software and SaaS solutions
  • Experience in bringing new features to market, including defining go-to-market strategies and tracking success with Key Performance Indicators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with top-level executives, sales teams, and engineering teams
