Global Learning System Administrator

To continue our mission, we seek a skilled professional to join our Global Training Team in Vienna, Austria. This dedicated role will be responsible for supporting our Cornerstone and Absorb Learning Management Systems by creating curriculums, maintaining certifications, and deploying reports. The successful candidate will serve as the Vienna Training Center point-of-contact to ensure a professional learning environment. In this position, you will also manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, validate and analyze administrative support requests, and assist with paperwork for trainees to attain VISAs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, fluency in English and German, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organization and project management skills, and proven experience in a system administrator role in Cornerstone or other learning management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent thinking skills and sound judgment, working independently in an environment that requires travel up to 10% and the ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50lb. The salary range for this role is €60,000, and this position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
