Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is a leader in empowering scientists and healthcare professionals to drive groundbreaking discoveries.

We're seeking an experienced Global Learning Center Administrator to join our team of over 2,900 associates across 130 countries. This role will be based in Vienna, Austria, and involves supporting our Cornerstone and Absorb Learning Management Systems (LMS).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fluency in English and German. Excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and experience in a system administrator role are essential.

As a key member of our Global Training Team, you'll manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll validate, analyze, and respond to administrative support requests, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our employees and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum creation, certification maintenance, and report deployment in Cornerstone and Absorb LMS
  • Serving as the Vienna Training Center point-of-contact to maintain a professional learning environment
  • Project management and documentation in a dynamic setting
  • Administrative support and paperwork for trainees' VISAs
