Automotive Parts Manager

Porsche Inter Auto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Teiledienstleiter:in (w/m/d). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a fast and efficient replacement part supply, guaranteeing high-quality work in the replacement parts area (scheduling, part delivery, invoicing), maintaining business relationships with corporate customers, and analyzing customer and market behavior in the replacement parts and accessories market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the replacement parts inventory and ensure timely delivery to workshops.
- Analyze customer behavior and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales promotion and result control measures.
- Lead, inform, and motivate team members in the replacement parts warehouse, ensuring optimal collaboration between workshop and parts service staff.
- Implement efficient workflow organization and information structure, ensuring adherence to all guidelines, regulations, and requirements related to parts service.
- Several years of experience in managing a warehouse and replacement parts area, including leadership of team members.
- Extensive expertise in logistics and inventory management, as well as good knowledge of customer service in the automotive sector.
- Structured approach and entrepreneurial thinking, with above-average willingness to perform.
- Excellent customer orientation, creativity, and flexibility.
- Experience in delivering replacement parts to workshops.
- Experience in working with relevant business metrics.
