Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in queries received from Retail Partners and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Conduct analytical reporting to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow between teams.
- Develop and maintain vital knowledge content for our Support Centre in alignment with Subject Matter Experts.
- Perform research in central ordering systems to extract relevant information for query resolution.
- Interface with IT colleagues to address technical issues and collaborate on enhancements.
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders to share insights and best practices.
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Agility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting objectives.
- Basic familiarity with sales operations concepts and processes.
- First experiences with JIRA or other project management programs.
- Fluent in English (German language skills are an advantage).
