Sales Operations Intern

About the Role
The BMW Group is a leading manufacturer of premium automobiles and motorcycles. As part of our European Sales Operations department, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team in optimizing vehicle stock and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate vehicle configuration templates in the ConRecOrd system, utilizing statistical data and agreements from the Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC).
- Monitor the actuality of active templates and ensure restriction conformity within the STAC framework.
- Support the team in setting up Voice of the Markets (VoMS) Surveys.
- Test new system developments and processes.
- Engage in regular exchange with relevant interfaces and market-based sales functions.
- Participate in setting up the template management team and associated activities during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- High analytical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- High degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on chosen topics as well as being part of a team.

Salary and Duration
A salary of € 2,229.00 gross per month for a duration of 6 – 12 months.
