The BMW Group is on a trajectory of significant expansion, making the adept management of vehicle inventory and distribution channels increasingly vital. The European Sales Operations division is in search of a skilled professional to support these evolving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools to create vehicle configuration templates within the ConRecOrd system, adhering to guidelines established by the 'Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC)'.
  • Oversee the precision of active templates and ensure adherence to the stipulations set forth by the STAC.
  • Engage in regular communication with essential internal stakeholders (e.g., ordering, inventory management, volume forecasting) and market-oriented sales functions (e.g., area management).
  • Identify potential new system requirements as needed and collaborate with process owners to implement necessary modifications.
  • Contribute to the formation of the template management team and related initiatives during the initial implementation phase of the new BMW/MINI sales framework.

Qualifications:

  • A background in business administration, logistics, or similar fields, with prior experience in operational sales roles within the automotive sector.
  • Alternatively, completion of vocational training coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational sales or analogous positions.
  • Preference for familiarity with the BMW Group's template management system, ConRecOrd.
  • Understanding of BMW processes and the ability to interact confidently with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated personal initiative, dependability, teamwork, and intercultural competence.
  • Proficiency in business English is essential.

We are looking for candidates to join our team for a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The starting salary for this role is €2,900 gross per month, with the potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
