Sales Operations Coordinator

The BMW Group is experiencing significant growth, and the effective management of vehicle inventory and distribution channels is becoming increasingly vital. The European Sales Operations division is looking for assistance with these emerging responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the production pipeline by placing orders for stock vehicles, catering to both central and regional facilities based on suggested configurations (ConRecOrd Templates).
  • Your role will involve monitoring the order and production pipeline, addressing incidents by diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and facilitating communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engagement with central interfaces and market-based sales teams will be a regular part of your duties.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for dealer inquiries that cannot be resolved by First Level Support.
  • Identifying new system needs and relaying process and system modifications to the appropriate business process owner will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Participation in the establishment of the ordering team and related activities during the initial phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, along with initial professional experience in the automotive sector in an operational sales capacity.
  • Alternatively, a completed vocational training with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role.
  • Familiarity with BMW Group ordering systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various interface partners.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • A proactive attitude, dependability, teamwork, and intercultural competencies.
  • Fluency in business English is required.

We are seeking candidates for an indefinite period and provide an attractive salary and benefits package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2,900 gross per month, with actual compensation based on qualifications and experience discussed in a personal interview, with the potential for significant overpayment.
