Sales Operations Analyst

The BMW Group is experiencing significant growth, and the effective management of vehicle inventory and distribution channels is becoming increasingly vital. The European Sales Operations division is seeking assistance with these evolving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with national sales teams to facilitate the transition to the new sales framework and ensure the uniformity of vehicle call-off processes across Europe, including documentation and payment procedures.
- Continuously oversee the logistics and financial flow of vehicles, addressing any delays or issues (such as delivery holds) by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for invoicing and logistics functions in various markets, ensuring that sales operations processes for invoicing and vehicle logistics are functional and compliant.
- Maintain regular communication with the European Sales Operations Team in Munich, contributing to the enhancement of systems and processes.
Candidate Profile:
- A completed degree in business (e.g., business administration with a focus on logistics or finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive or logistics industry.
- Alternatively, a vocational qualification (e.g., logistics or industrial clerk) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various interface partners, departments, IT, and market functions.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated initiative, independence, and reliability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business English and intercultural competencies; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.

We are looking for a candidate for an indefinite period and offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month, with the actual salary determined based on qualifications and experience.
