Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at BMW Vertriebs GmbH. As a key member of our European Sales Operations department, you will play a crucial role in the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities- Tool-supported generation of vehicle configuration templates in the system Con Rec Ord, statistically determined and agreed in the "Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC)"
- Monitoring the actuality of active templates and ensuring restriction conformity within the framework of the STAC
- Regular exchange with central interfaces (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based sales functions (e.g. area manager)
- Identifying new system requirements and taking responsibility for forwarding process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner
- Participation in setting up the template management team and associated activities during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model
- Degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role (or comparable)
- Alternatively, completed vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role (or comparable)
- Experience with the BMW Group template management system Con Rec Ord is a plus
- Familiarity with BMW processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various interface partners

We offer an attractive salary and benefit package, including a minimum salary of € 2,900 gross per month. The actual salary will be determined in a personal interview, and a significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
