Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with national sales companies to support the transition to a new sales model and monitor the consistency of Europe-wide vehicle call-off processes.
- Monitor logistic and financial vehicle flow, identifying and resolving delays or disturbances, and coordinating communication with relevant process partners.
- Serve as the main interface to invoicing and logistic functions in markets, ensuring functional and compliant sales operations processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes in collaboration with the European Sales Operations Team in Munich.
- University studies in business administration with a focus on logistics or accounting, or equivalent vocational training, and at least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive or logistics sector.
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training with at least 10 years of professional experience in the automotive or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication and interface skills, with the ability to handle and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Personal initiative, independence, and reliability, with a team spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent business English and intercultural skills, with another European language desirable.
