Sales Operations Specialist

The BMW Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our European Sales Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the European vehicle stock of all new cars and young used cars (YUC) using the stock platform VSM.
- Be responsible for the actual vehicle allocation (location, usage) and pan-European offer steering based on guidelines from central regional functions.
- Monitor and audit stock cars in the region according to European and local tax & law requirements using digital tools & data analytics.
- Ensure highest stock data quality and perform regular stock demand analysis with markets to anticipate future requests.
- Assure the consideration of necessary inventory in the BMW and MINI volume planning cycle and corresponding circles.
- Identify new system requirements and take responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.
- A degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Experience with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R will be a plus.
- Familiarity with BMW Group Products and Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments, central functions and 3rd party providers.
- The ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.
- Fluent in business English.

We offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2.900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
