Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at BMW Vertriebs GmbH. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the European Sales Operations department in managing vehicle stock and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate vehicle configuration templates in the system Con Rec Ord, based on statistical data and agreements with the Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC).
- Monitor the actuality of active templates and ensure restriction conformity within the framework of the STAC.
- Regularly exchange with central interfaces (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based sales functions (e.g. area manager).
- Identify new system requirements and take responsibility for forwarding process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.
- Participate in setting up the template management team and associated activities during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role.
- Alternatively, completed vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role.
- Experience with the BMW Group template management system Con Rec Ord is a plus.
- Familiarity with BMW processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various interface partners.
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer an attractive salary and benefit package, including a minimum salary of € 2,900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience.
